Full Program Management Includes:
- Obtaining all airport security and government clearances.
- Location sourcing, negotiation and leasing.
- Consulting on booth display, signage, booth sales tools.
- Development of sales training, programs and manuals.
- Up to 300 professionally trained sales representatives available.
- Your own dedicated expert sales team and program supervisor.
- Staffing, training, on-site management, scheduling, supervision
- Airport management relations.
- Highest security order intake procedure and forwarding to clients.
- Proprietary data base and 48 hour sales reporting to client.

have staffed and managed retail direct acquisition programs at the
following retail venue partners:

locations, Hudson’s Bay 50 locations .
Full Program Management Includes:
- All scheduling and in-store coordination with store
management.
- Storage of supplies and literature.
- Setup and take down of displays in-store.
- Accurate and secure intake procedures.
- Staffing, training, on-site management, scheduling, supervision
- Ongoing training and in-store relationship management.
- Dedicated supervisor for every 6-8 locations.
- Additional services: merchandising and in-store employee
training.
