Liz Fernandes - VP Operations and Client Services

A marketing Graduate from York University, Liz has been an integral part of SPP since 1994. Having worked in every part of the company and armed with extensive experience and knowledge, Liz excels in her current position. As a main contact person for our clients, she ensures that their needs are looked after quickly and efficiently.

Often referred to as a lifesaver by our clients, Liz never fails to impress with her attention to detail, exceptional customer service and “we can handle anything” attitude!

Umesh Duggal – Central Canada Manager

Starting off with SPP in 2003 as an assistant GTA manager, Umesh is currently responsible for hiring and training sales personnel and local supervisors in Ontario and Central Canada.
He and his team set up all field programs and ensure that SPP reaches and surpasses the sales quota. Directly involved in order quality monitoring, he also ensures that SPP’s high quality sales standards are followed throughout the field sales channel.

Beaty Belyea- Eastern Canada manager

Chances are you have met Beatty at the Halifax airport, she and her team are some of the recognizable faces well known for their customer service and helpful attitudes.
Having joined SPP in 1998 as a sales rep, Beatty has proven herself to be a motivational leader and has expanded the company’s operations in the region.
