SPP is committed to minimizing the impact of its activities on the environment.  This includes continually working to reduce our consumption of resources including paper and paper products, energy and fuels.

SPP promotes recycling of all materials in our locations across the country.  Examples of our efforts include:

• Limiting printing and using electronic communications (email, online shared data files) to reduce paper & ink consumption

• Limiting travel where possible and conducting web conferences and meetings

• Installing motion detectors and timers for lights to ensure energy is conserved

• Using blue bins at every desk to ensure compliance with recycling

• Sorting recyclables (glass, paper, plastics) to ensure proper disposal

• Purchasing recycled and recyclable products whenever possible
