In 1996, SPP was the first Canadian direct sales and marketing agency to successfully turn the Airport venues into a new sales channel for telecom and credit card acquisitions. SPP worked with the leasing agencies and the Airport Authorities to design the point of purchase retail kiosks, develop the code of conduct for workers and create a standard operating model which was later adopted for all manned kiosks.
