Airport
Beginning in 1995, SPP Marketing Services Inc. was the first Canadian direct sales and marketing agency to successfully turn the airport venues into a new sales channel for telecom and credit card acquisitions. SPP worked with the leasing agencies and the airport authorities to design the point of purchase retail kiosks, develop the code of conduct for workers and create a standard operating model which was later adopted for all manned kiosks.
This initiative revolutionized the Canadian credit card industry. Since then, SPP Marketing Services has launched every travel credit card co-brand in Canadian airports from 1998 to 2005. The Rules of Conduct for airport kiosks that were written and developed by our president, became standard operating documents for every North American airport- included in all leases for manned kiosks.
Our extensive knowledge of all airport rules, regulations and special government clearances paired with quality based management style have resulted in extremely successful campaigns for our clients, including AT&T, CIBC, Primus Canada, Citibank, BMO - Mosaic, GE Canada, RBC and other top 500 corporations.
SPP Marketing Services sales representatives are extensively trained in an ethical and informative sales procedure to enroll the right customers for your product or service. All displays, attire and personal appearance of our staff are designed to bring the retail experience of your brand to your customers. You will quickly discover that our programs consistently deliver better ROI than any other marketing expenditure.
Our airport kiosks are experienced by over 20 million travelers per year.
